I was an addict most of my life.  Looking back now, I can remember times when I was so tired of the way I was living and would cry out to God to save me.  I am so grateful God heard my plea!  He took away all my crutches and He has begun to change me inside out.  My life is no longer full of confusion and chaos.  Instead, God has given me peace and shown me acceptance. 

God gave me the opportunity to come to Life Challenge for a year and my life has changed completely.  I have responsibilities here and people who hold me accountable.  I am learning how to communicate better and have healthy relationships.  I am learning a whole new way to live.  Most importantly, I am learning how to live loved by God.  God has only just begun His work in my life.  I cannot wait to see all that He has planned for me and my family.  

I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt so you would no longer be their slaves.  I broke the yoke of slavery from your neck so you can walk with your head held high.”  Lev. 26:13
